Included in each box is a selection of three different cookies that you will typically find in the best pasticcerie across Liguria: 

Amaretti di Voltaggio: soft almond cookies named after a town in Piedmont that was part of the Ligurian territory until recent and currently lies 10 minutes away from the border of these two regions. 

Canestrelli di Torriglia: lemon-scented shortbread in the form of scalloped-flowers dusted with powdered sugar. 

Baci di Dama: hazelnut cookies kissed together with nutella (as featured in our last V-Day Pandemic Pesto Box!)
